OK, so hear us out, it’s not totally pink but you can’t deny the colour doesn’t go amiss in this latest edition to the Great Western Arcade. This Birmingham cocktail bar has plenty of pink accents to contrast its green features: plush velvet, pink chairs, pink neon lights, pink shelving, pink window frames and pink dado rails. Add a glass of The Pineapple Club’s Poco Baya (The little Berry) cocktail finished with a rainbow lace or sparkling rosé and its pink perfection.

2. Oozells Square
Oozells Square isn’t just the location of the Ikon Gallery, but also where you’ll find cherry blossom trees in the city. Come springtime, the beautiful pink leaves start to appear on the trees making the square appear rather magical. Who needs to go to Japan when you’ve got this Birmingham square?

4. Noel’s Bar and Restaurant
If you’re after a pink afternoon tea then Noel’s is the place. You’ll find hues of peach, pastel pink and raspberry within the restaurant with crockery and cocktails to match. 5. Tonight Josephine
Tonight Josephine is overwhelmingly pink in the best possible way! You’ll be inundated with neon signs, hot pink décor and all the glitz and glamour you could ever wish for. Their cocktails are equally as impressive and taste just as good as they look. 6. The Grand Hotel

12. Stripclub Streetfood
Brummie street food vendor Stripclub Streetfood pitches up its pink truck that is hard to miss across a number of West Midlands venues including Birmingham to serve up mouthwatering burgers to hungry diners. Their Truffle Dip burger- two smashed aged beef patties, double American cheese, mayonnaise, crispy fried onions, pickles, grated Parmesan, steamed seeded brioche bun, beef dripping and truffle gravy- has been nominated for burger awards too.
