Their wings are clucking good.
Wingstop, the award-winning concept with more than 1,500 locations worldwide, has announced today that it’s opening a new restaurant in Birmingham from August 13. The new outlet situated in the Bullring shopping centre will be Wingstop’s 14th UK location and their first physical restaurant opening in the Midlands area.
Wingstop currently operates a delivery only kitchen in Birmingham but this new Midlands flagship restaurant will be open between 11am – 12 midnight, seven days a week. This means we can get our chicken wing fix whilst doing a spot of shopping, post-cinema or simply whenever (because when is it not time for chicken wings?)
Wingstop prides itself on its quality product and with the motto “flavour is our everything”, these chicken wing purveyors are undoubtedly big on flavour. If you’re still not convinced, Wingstop is a go-to choice for celebs, withthis chicken wing joint serving food for rapper Stormzy’s birthday bash at Thorpe Park.
Customers can choose from a selection of 10 bold flavours; Lemon Pepper, Atomic, Mango Habanero, Hawaiian, Louisiana Rub, Original Hot, Spicy Korean Q, Hickory Smoked BBQ, Brazilian Citrus Pepper and Garlic Parmesan. Classic wings, boneless wings and tenders are all available hand-sauced-and-tossed with your choice of bold flavours.
You can also accompany those wings with sweet potato fries or regular fries, which can be customised with Lemon Pepper seasoning, Cajun or Wingstop style, or fans can go all out and order loaded fries topped off with either Buffalo Ranch or cheese. Wingstop’s dip selection includes ranch, blue cheese and honey mustard.
Also look out for Wingstop’s special, such as their latest creation, the BFB (Big Flavour Burger) which featured viral comedian, Munya Chawawa, in their promo ad. To top it off, Wingstop serve up sweet and crunchy churros are for dessert with a choice of Oreo or Biscoff crumble and a choice of sweet milk or caramel dip.
Since launching in 2018, Birmingham Bullring is the latest addition to Wingstop’s growing portfolio of restaurants in England. The aim is to continue expansion with more restaurants due to open in the UK before the end of the year such as Bristol and Manchester.
And if you need help deciding what to order, Wingstop has a wing calculator to gauge how many wings you can potentially eat based on whether you’re snacky, hungry or starving, plus how many people ordering.
