Are you seriously talking about Christmas in July!? Please don’t shoot the messenger! We simply want to tell you that the biggest festive event in the West Midlands will be returning this winter to glow up the Three Counties.
Heading to Malvern Showground from November 24 to January 6, Winter Glow will bring a truly magical Christmas lights trail. Plus plenty more festivities to guarantee an unforgettable festive season. (If you book now, families can save up to 40% on ticket prices Monday, July 31!)
What can I expect at Winter Glow this Christmas?
Groups of up to eight can join Santa and his merry elves on an immersive adventure with Santa’s Grotto Experience. Travel to Mrs Claus’ bakery, the toy workshop, and the winter village, before eventually meeting with Santa. While children are also invited to join the Elf Circus Skills Training Academy and receive an elf academy badge.
You’ll also be able to experience ice skating on one of the largest all-weather ice rinks in the West Midlands; the Christmas Market and Food Quarter offering local arts, crafts and incredible festive food; and the festive Fairground featuring Dodgems, a Funhouse, and bungee trampolines.
Of course, the biggest spectacle at Winter Glow has to be one of the longest outdoor light trails you find. This year, explore the story of the Golden Snowflake, created by local creative artists, lighting designers, and craft persons. The trail will take families on a journey around the North Pole with Santa’s head elf, Jingle, as he embarks on an exciting adventure to bring the precious golden snowflake home.
Winter Glow is also the only festive experience in the West Midlands to welcome dogs to its light trail (December 11, 12 & 28). For more details about Winter Glow head here.
