Having conquered the internet, YouTube’s Sidemen has now set its sights on what seems like every other industry going. Consisting of best friends KSI, Miniminter, Zerkaa, TBJZL, Behzinga and Vikkstar123 – with over 21.6 million subscribers and a total of 6.4 billion video views – Sidemen already have a chicken shop at Merry Hill. Now they’re opening a clothing store at Birmingham’s Bullring.
Sidemen Clothing aka SDMN is a merchandise brand owned by the Sidemen. Established in 2013, the rise of Sidemen Clothing has coincided with Sidemen’s ever-growing online popularity. Opening its second physical SDMN store today (October 4), West Midlands fans can now sample the group’s distinctive designs.
Toby Tait, Director of Asset Management at Hammerson, said: “Our approach aligns perfectly with SDMN Clothing’s desire to create a physical environment in which fans can experience the brand in a very tangible way, and their selection of Bullring demonstrates the destination’s continued appeal to best-in-class brands.”
After nine years of trading exclusively online, they opened their first physical store last year (alongside the Sidemen Clothing App). The new 4500 sq ft store in the Bullring will house an array of merchandise products, including a new SDMN x Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collaboration range. Plus, a range of hoodies, jackets, tees and more.
“We’re incredibly excited to be joining forces with the Bullring to bring the Sidemen brand to Birmingham,” said SDMN Clothing MD, Matt Peters. “Last year we established that the brand absolutely works in a physical retail space and with our new store we’re confident we will continue to evolve and flourish as a unique fashion brand.”
The Bullring store will offer the Midlands the opportunity to see new designs in the flesh too. SDMN Clothing will offer options in streetwear that can be worn by all genders. To see the type of clothes Sidemen Clothing has on sale, we recommend heading here or down to the store today.
