Eventually, you’ll want to stop going out every weekend, settle down and start a family. That’s what they told us anyway. In reality, we’re now bringing the kids along to the rave. Thanks to party promoters like Raver Tots, we can still dance the night day away to house, garage and drum ‘n’ bass in a family-friendly environment.
The UK’s biggest family-friendly rave – who also have their very own festivals in the South East of England – bring together kids and grown-ups to the dancefloor. Huge tunes, a family-friendly atmosphere, and even some of the nation’s biggest DJs regularly unite for Raver Tots – and Birmingham is being treated to a party this New Year’s Eve.
So you can celebrate with the family and still make the adults-only rave later on New Year’s Eve, Raver Tots heads to Zumhof Biergarten in the afternoon on December 31. With two sessions (12-2pm & 3-5pm), ring in the New Year early, so that you’re little ones can cut shapes and still make their bedtime.
Alongside the biggest tunes (played at safe levels), expect kid-friendly club lighting in a festival-style environment too – including dancers, performers, cold pyro, bubbles, confetti blasts, multi-coloured lasers, parachute games, giant balloons, and face painting! And yes, there’ll be a licenced bar…
Also, making a special appearance at Raver Tots this NYE is the one-and-only Matt ‘Jam’ Lamont. The pioneering DJ, producer and radio presenter has been an intrinsic part of the UK scene from its very beginning and will be giving the kids a dance music education. This is a huge coup from the family-friendly rave!
Tickets to Raver Tots’ New Year’s Eve party are £15 for children and £17 for adults. All children under 12 require kids tickets, and children 12 and over require adult tickets, while babies under 18 months are free of charge. If you’d like to learn more and to get your tickets head here.
