You might think Birmingham already has more than its fair share of incredible pizzerias. But when Pizza Punks threatens to “rip up the rule book and tear apart the pizza game”, we think there might be room for one more. Coming to the city in 2024, we’re intrigued to find out how this rebellious pizza joint sets itself apart.
With eight locations already across the UK, Pizza Punks will expand into Edinburgh, Manchester, Cardiff and Birmingham next year. You’ll be able to grab any sourdough pizza for £12.95, picking between three sauces (white, red and BBQ) and unlimited toppings. This includes anything from beef shin ragu and black pudding to caramelised pineapple and BBQ-pulled jackfruit.
Whatever you fancy, there’s no judgement here. But Pizza Punks also provides a range of pizza classics – from Margherita to Hawaiin – for the less adventurous. For the money-savers among us, you’ll also be grab a range of deals throughout the week. Alongside a bottomless brunch, Pizza Punks is also known for Cheapdate Mondays, which includes two pizzas and two drinks for £26, and Thank Fck It’s Thursday – two sides, two pizzas and two drinks for £36.
It’s not just pizzas it’ll be serving up as a speciality. Pizza Punks also prides itself on its craft cocktails, which include: a smoked vanilla Manhattan and a Loveheart-infused caiproska. Monday to Thursday, treat yourself to 2-4-1 cocktails. A range of gins, beers, mocktails and soft drinks are also available on the menu.
