I don’t think anybody is arguing about where the most interesting and creative quarter in Birmingham lies. Digbeth is a hotbed of exciting bars, unique shops, brilliant street food and incredible artists. This Halloween, the district will be showing off a little bit of everything at the Digbeth Open Day.
On October 28, head down to in and around Gibb Street from midday till 6 pm, where local shops and businesses will showcase special offers, entertainment and more. Offering a taste of Digbeth’s creativity and diversity, there will be non-stop activities happening throughout the day. But best of all, it’s free!
Expect live music presented by Punch Records and Simmerdown Festival; an Arts Fair from Digbeth Arts Space; a mulled cider tent from Kilo Zilo; a vintage clothes sale from Ell Richiee Studio; family-friendly Halloween films from Mockingbird Cinema; and goodie bags from Pinky Promise Nail Studio. Plus local pop-ups, exclusive offers, street food and more!
Of course, after the event wraps up, you’re in one of the best places in Birmingham to carry on the party. Stick around afterwards and check out some of the best bars, restaurants and clubs in Birmingham. Using your Digbeth Open Day wristband, you will even be entitled to some exclusive discounts at certain places!
Digbeth Open Day is presented by Zellig in collaboration with Digbeth Estate.
