Carters of Moseley is one of the finest Michelin-star restaurants that Birmingham has to offer. Since the summer, however, we’ve been without their ethos of ‘ultra-British seasonality’ in the city. Moving into a glasshouse at Westlands UK, one of the restaurant’s key suppliers, creating a unique dining experience with the produce they are surrounded with.
Surrounded by living herbs, flowers and fauna, the entire Carters family moved to Evesham back in July, for what was initially meant to be for three months. But the Michelin-starred restaurant has decided to extend the greenhouse pop-up into the Christmas period. Sticking around until New Year’s Eve, Carters at Westlands UK has a festive feast in-store, with geese, firepits, drams, and snow.
Brad Carter said: “The feedback we’ve had since launching the pop-up at Westlands has been insanely positive! We’re super excited to keep our doors open into the festive season. 2024 is going to be a big year for the team so we’re made up to see the year in together in true Carters style.”
