Who doesn’t love a bottomless brunch? Unlimited prosecco, scrummy food and the chance of being home at a reasonable time. There are too many brilliant bottomless brunches to choose from in Birmingham. But this new offering from Orelle sits high above the rest.
Climb to the 24th floor of 103 Colmore Row to find this bottomless brunch in the sky at Orelle – which was recently named Birmingham’s most-booked restaurant of 2024. Starting this Saturday, March 1, enjoy a selection of classic brunch dishes, endless bubbles and sky-high views of the city.
The new menu features everything from a French omelette made from 24 month-aged comte to French toast with maple, pancetta, vanilla Chantilly and berries, or crêpes with lemon curd, Nutella cremeux and macerated berries. But if brunch dishes aren’t your thing, why not sample some of Orelle’s classic dishes instead?
Main courses include ratatouille niçoise with spiced tomato fondue, basil and sourdough; pork loin with sweetheart cabbage, braised fennel, mustard and sage crumb and toffee apple sauce; and 36-day aged sirloin steak with watercress, French fries, and peppercorn sauce.
Plus, for starters, try French onion soup; heritage beetroot tartare with smoked almonds and preserved lemon; and ham hock terrine served with piccalilli, pineapple, and sourdough. While dessert dishes include crème brulé with spiced orange, macerated berries and vanilla sable; and chocolate fondant with espresso ice cream.
Executive Chef, Kiran Suvarna, said: “We’ve introduced some delicious new brunch dishes to our menu and are giving guests the chance to add a touch of luxury to their visit with free-flowing bubbles, all set against the backdrop of the stunning views across the city from our restaurant. We can’t wait to share this new special experience with our guests.”
