Baked In Brick has three limited edition pizzas for you to try.
Just when we thought we’d seen it all when it comes to pizzas, Baked In Brick has gone one step further with a boujee collaboration with fine dining restaurant, 670 Grams. Known for their pizzas featuring at Digbeth Dining Club, Baked In Brick is celebrating in style for one weekend only by concocting three marvellous pizzas as part of a pop-up with the Young Michelin Chef of the Year 2021, Kray Treadwell, of 670 Grams.
The Custard Factory neighbours have created a unique crossover worth getting excited about, particularly with one of their fancy pizza creations. The amazing sourdough pizza base is topped with beef, sliced potato, truffle Gouda, cornichons, crispy onion and some bling with a sprinkling of gold leaf.
However, the Birmingham purveyors of street food have also launched two other pizzas as part of their menu in collaboration with 670 Grams. For all the meat-eater, Baked In Brick and 670 Grams are launching a pizza topped with Iberico pork , Boquerón anchovies, ajo blanco (a Spanish almondy soup) , crispy lardo and lemon oil for a zesty finish.
Plus, veggies can rejoice as the two Digbeth food businesses have created a sweet, salty and earthy pizza that is pretty drool-worthy. This pizza is topped with BBQ hen of the woods mushrooms, miso caramel, cherry, crispy thyme and beetroot.
Details on pre-ordering these exclusive creations will be available soon, with the pizzas set to be launched on the weekend of March 19 & 20. For now, you can order street food favs from Baked In Brick like burgers, fries and sensational sides via Digbeth Dining Club’s click and collect service. Plus, Baked In Brick also sell freshly baked bread from their recently launched bakehouse in Erdington.
