You Can Now Get A Pizza With Beef And Gold Leaf Thanks To Baked In Brick’s Latest Collaboration

Baked In Brick has three limited edition pizzas for you to try.

Just when we thought we’d seen it all when it comes to pizzas, Baked In Brick has gone one step further with a boujee collaboration with fine dining restaurant, 670 Grams. Known for their pizzas featuring at Digbeth Dining Club, Baked In Brick is celebrating in style for one weekend only by concocting three marvellous pizzas as part of a pop-up with the Young Michelin Chef of the Year 2021, Kray Treadwell, of 670 Grams.

The Custard Factory neighbours have created a unique crossover worth getting excited about, particularly with one of their fancy pizza creations. The amazing sourdough pizza base is topped with  beef, sliced potato, truffle Gouda, cornichons, crispy onion and some bling with a sprinkling of gold leaf.

However, the Birmingham purveyors of street food have also launched two other pizzas as part of their menu in collaboration with 670 Grams. For all the meat-eater, Baked In Brick and 670 Grams are launching a pizza topped with Iberico pork , Boquerón anchovies, ajo blanco (a Spanish almondy soup) , crispy lardo and lemon oil for a zesty finish.
