It’s tough thinking about how England lost to Italy in the final of the last Euros. But this time, we’ve got the best player on the planet – he’s Brummie too – and we’re going the distance, aren’t we? Euro 2024 is an unmissable event for all Three Lions fans. But while the football tournament is happening in Germany, the best place you can watch it has to be at this fan park in Birmingham.
The immersive fan park experience, 4TheFans, has picked Birmingham as one of its key Euro 2024 Fan Parks from June 14 to July 14. It’ll be set up in The Forum where close to 2000 fans can watch all the England action on some of the UK’s biggest anti-glare screens. Football fans can also expect world-class sound systems, exclusive bar and food traders, DJs, competitions, giveaways and more.
Each match screening also welcomes a genuine football legend to give a match analysis of the game. The former Birmingham City and Aston Villa striker, Emile Heskey will be in town on June 16 for England’s first game against Serbia. Football legend hosts for the Denmark (June 20) and Slovenia (June 25) games are yet to be announced.
More events will be announced depending on England’s success in the Euro 2024. During the last World Cup in Qatar, over 25,000 fans – plus, camera crews from BBC, ITV, Sky News, Sky Sports and many others – visited 4TheFans fan parks across the UK. It’s an atmosphere that can’t be replicated down the pub or the living room – and we’re expecting some insane goal celebrations, with celebratory FX such as pyrotechnics and cO2 cannons.
Tickets start at £8, but if you want the VIP treatment it’ll cost £35. This includes a balcony seat with the best views; a meet and greet with the football legend; a free drink of beer, cider, wine or soft drink; and access to the VIP area. If your group of mates has six people or more (lucky you) then you can get 10% off all tickets. To get your tickets head here.
