Dust off those cowboy boots and crank up the Dolly Parton tunes, we’ve caught country music fever. Just in time too as Foxy Bingo introduces its Xtreme Line Dancing Studio, offering high-energy line dancing fitness classes – and the wacky pop-up is opening its doors for free for one weekend only.
Visitors will be encouraged to learn to ‘Moedown’ with rip-roaring, wacky Western fitness classes, all for free. Combining a modern fitness studio with the iconic Western choreographed dance, next Saturday and Sunday (July 20 & 21) will offer taster sessions of line dancing in Birmingham, at The Engine Room in Digbeth.
Upon arrival, cowboys and cowgirls will jazz up their fitness gear with free hats and fringes to ensure everyone is suited and booted. Each guest will also be able to take their cowboy hats home with them as a freebie, as well as some other exclusive Foxy Bingo merch – which is worth signing up for alone!
The Foxy fitness instructors will then take hoedowners through a 45-minute ‘Xtreme’ line dancing fitness class designed to get the heart pumping and body working. Think box steps and lassoing meet high knees and heel taps, as the JukeFox blasts out upbeat tunes to keep your feet tapping. You won’t find another fitness class at your local gym like this, that’s for sure!
Afterwards, line dancers can cool off and recharge with refreshing Foxy juice shots from the Studio bar, on the house to kickstart that weekend energy! There are five free sessions to choose from – three on Saturday (9.30am, 10.45am and 12.00pm) and two on Sunday (9.30am and 10.45am). The Foxy Bingo Xtreme Line Dancing Studio is for people aged 18 and over only, with spots available to book here.
