Who can say no to tacos and tequila? Not us! In fact, it’s probably worth skipping out of work early for. Bill’s Bullring is shaking up its summer menu with tacos and tequila cocktail specials. And to celebrate this taco-ver, the restaurant will today (July 18) hand out free tacos and cocktails to customers. The new Taco ‘Bout It and Tequila Me Softly menus are packed with equally tempting and tasty taco plates and tequila-fuelled cocktails. Perfect for kicking off your summer of fun.
Choose from three taco plate options: Spicy Pulled BBQ Brisket served with spicy taco mayo & chilli flakes; Buttermilk Fried Chicken served with spicy taco mayo & chilli flakes; and Roast Squash & Feta (a vegan option is also available) served with basil & lime mayo. If that weren’t enough, the new sides also include Chargrilled Courgettes, Bill’s House Salad, Macaroni Cheese, Sweet Potato Fries, Roasted Flatbreads and more.
But, in our experience, you can’t enjoy tacos without tequila. Luckily, Bill’s Bullring has introduced a two-hour happy hour deal (2 for £12) on tequila cocktails too. Choose from the Arctic Margarita with Olmeca Altos Plata, shaken with blue curacao and a twist of orange; the Picante Margarita served over ice with fresh citrus & spicy chilli rim; Pink Melonade Margarita shaken with strawberry, watermelon & fresh citrus, Mexican Lime Cooler stirred with Mexican Lime Soda & fresh lime; or Pink Grapefruit & Rosemary Paloma stirred with Pink Grapefruit Soda, fresh lime & rosemary.
But what about free tacos and tequila at Bill’s Bullring?
To celebrate the launch of these new menus, Bill’s Bullring is giving away 100 free cocktails and mini taco tasters to the first 100 people who mention a secret passcode today.
All you have to do is turn up at Bill’s at 4 pm on Tuesday, July 18, and mention the secret passcode ‘Let’s Taco ‘Bout Bill’s Bullring’ and voila – you’ll be rewarded a complimentary cocktail from the new menu as well as taco taster.
Walk-ins are welcome, but booking is advised to ensure a seat. To learn more or book a table at Bill’s Bullring head here.
