Ever look at sushi and think, ‘I wish I could eat this stood up on a cramped bus’? Well, now you can! The iconic Japanese cuisine has evolved many times over thousands of years, but after only getting popular in the UK about 30 years ago, it’s now been revolutionised by the Londoners, SushiDog.
Best known for its hand-held burrito-style sushi rolls, as well as sushi bowls and salads, it launched in 2018 to bring fresh, nutritious ingredients to the lunch rush. When is SushiDog opening at the Bullring?
SushiDog officially opens at Bullring on Saturday, January 31, 2026. To celebrate, the first 100 customers will enjoy a FREE SushiDog from the Signature menu. After that, guests can enjoy 50% off over the opening weekend (January 31 to February 1).
