Secret Cinema will make its Birmingham debut this summer bringing the much-loved musical Grease to life for a UK premiere. It will also be this unique immersive experience’s first event of 2023, so there’s plenty to get jazzed up about.
Grease: The Live Experience will provide an outdoor spectacle like no other as Rydell High comes to Outdoors at the NEC (July 26 to August 13). These summer nights, audiences will step back in time to 1959 and experience the magic of one of the most iconic movie musicals of all time. Tell me more, tell me more!
At Secret Cinema, the boundaries between performers and audience blur like no other production. As day turns to night, fans can sing and dance their hearts to the film’s classic soundtrack, roam the corridors with the Pink Ladies, watch the T-Birds at work in the auto shop, or face off against the jocks on the sports field. So slick back your hair and don your leather jacket, dressing up is a must if you want to fit in… To cap off the unforgettable evening, audiences will be treated to an enhanced screening of the much-loved musical film.
