If we’ve learned anything from the last few years, it’s that the love of the classic ‘Britpop’ period is very much alive. Oasis, Blur, Pulp, Richard Ashcroft et al have all played huge shows, and now it’s Ocean Colour Scene’s turn, announcing a huge run of dates to celebrate the 30th anniversary of their 1996 sophomore album, Moseley Shoals.
We’ll have to wait a while for the show, but Ocean Colour Scene will take to Birmingham’s bp pulse LIVE on Saturday, December 12, 2026, on a tour that also includes gigs in Glasgow, Manchester, Bristol, London, and more. They’ll play Moseley Shoals in its entirety, as well as hits from their back catalogue. The Enemy will be the main support act for all dates.

Speaking on the announcement, Simon Fowler, lead singer of Ocean Colour Scene, said, “It’s hard to believe that Moseley Shoals turns 30 in 2026. We owe so much to that album, so it’s exciting to be able to look forward this very special anniversary and celebrate with our amazing fans at some of the UK’s most prestigious venues.”
