A new student accommodation by Vita Student is opening in September this year, conveniently located in central Birmingham – and bookings are already open. This will be the second Vita Student accommodation in the city, following the success of the highly rated Pershore Road location.
Staying in the new building on Gough Street, you’ll get to explore the city’s most popular student spots just steps away, while reaching the University of Birmingham in just 10 minutes by bus, or Birmingham City University in a 25-minute walk.
Location aside, you can expect brand new rooms and state-of-the-art amenities, with convenience and community – think free breakfast, housekeeping, and weekly social events – close at hand.
Students booking for the upcoming academic year can choose from nine different studio types on Gough Street. Each room comes with a double bed, a desk, a smart TV, an en-suite bathroom, and a kitchen with a microwave oven, hob, sink, and fridge-freezer. If you choose to upgrade, some room options additionally include a washer/dryer, a breakfast bar, and extra living space.
The whole building is designed for busy students, with bookable study rooms and convenient facilities and services such as an on-site laundry area and bi-weekly housekeeping. You’ll also get free weekday breakfast and unlimited tea and coffee so you can stay nourished and hydrated even when you’re rushing to class in the morning.
You won’t have a hard time making friends here either, with weekly social events exclusive to students staying in the building – the perfect opportunity to meet your neighbours. The building also offers plenty of spaces to hang out in a group, including outdoor social spaces, a games area, and private dining rooms.
Access to a 24/7 gym and a basketball court are included as well, so you can tick off your fitness goals just steps from your room without any extra splurging.
