What is Mindful Glow?
Mindful Glow is a 60-minute candlelit sound bath and meditation that is rooted in ancient healing traditions. By using a range of different sound frequencies, this practice puts you in a meditative state, promoting mental clarity as well as physical relaxation. This event is open to anyone aged 16 or over but it is particularly helpful for those that lead very busy lives and struggle with chronic tension and high stress hormones.
What to expect at Mindful Glow
From the moment you walk in, you’ll be enveloped by the warm ambiance created by hundreds of candles. An experienced meditation instructor will lead you through a soothing journey, inviting you to release, reconnect and rejuvenate. Through the carefully curated sounds from Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, gongs and other percussion instruments, you can finally slow the mind and enter a deep state of relaxation.
This candlelit sound bath is designed to release stress and renew energy. Whether you’ve tried meditation before or are a complete newbie, this is your calling to relax so you won’t want to miss out.
On selected dates, you can choose between four Mindful Glow sessions, starting from 11:00 to 17:00. Blankets and pillows will be available at the venue for maximum comfort. So, come as you are and allow yourself to slow down, breathe in and breathe out.
