If you’re a Birmingham parent wondering what to do with the kids this Easter holiday, look no further than the National Forest Adventure Farm. It’s readying a whole Easter Eggstravaganza (March 30 to April 10), full of Easter-themed activities, from a meeting with the Easter Bunny to the UK’s longest outdoor tubing slide.
Closed over winter, the 200-foot Mega Slide Mountain is already infamous for reaching speeds of up to 12mph. So you’re guaranteed to feel the wind in your hair when it reopens this Easter and you almost fly off the 30-foot hill. But, as we said, it’s not all there is to do at the ever-exciting National Forest Adventure Farm.
What’s at the Easter Eggstravaganza?

First things first, the Adventure Farm invites you to hop aboard the Easter Eggspress Tractor & Trailer ride and journey to Bunny Woods. Here, you’ll meet a whole woodland of friendly characters and entertaining animals, including the Easter Bunny, who may have a chocolate treat for you!
Elsewhere, enjoy interactive Easter-themed shows on the mainstage, including, new for 2026, the UK’s No.1 touring agricultural show, The Sheep Show. See live sheep shearing demonstrations, learn about nine different breeds and even watch the famous dancing sheep.
You should also make sure to check out the Ewe Maternity Ward at the time of year. Here you will find both expectant mums and newborn lambs—and, if you’re lucky, you might even see a birth. While the animal barn and paddocks house everything from horses to chickens to guinea pigs!
Your ticket (£15.95) also gives you access to everything else the farm has to offer, including a huge indoor soft play, outdoor adventure zones, go karts, crazy golf and plenty of farmyard animals. Do note that the Mega Slide Mountain is an additional charge (£1 per go or £5 for an unlimited ride wristband).
