No catch, just good, free beer.
July 19, what many are referring to as ‘Freedom Day’, will see all lockdown restrictions in England lifted, such as putting an end to social distancing and the reopening of nightclubs. And to celebrate this momentous occasion so to speak, some businesses are rewarding their customers after the tough 16 months or so we’ve had, including one Staffordshire brewery.
Announcing the news on social media, Freedom Brewery wrote: “🚨🍺 FREE BEER KLAXON! 🍺🚨 Only a few more days to go until Freedom Day and we’re celebrating the only way we know how: with beer! To mark the day we’re giving away free pints on the 19th of July. That’s right: Free. Beer.
“All you have to do is head to the link in our bio and sign up for your free voucher. Don’t worry if you can’t get down to a participating bar – we’ve got you covered. Keep your eyes peeled for some exclusive offers that can help you celebrate Freedom Day wherever you like! Good Times. They’re Here!”
A number of pubs, bars and restaurants who stock Freedom Brewery’s beer are participating in this offer, including a few Birmingham bars such as The Birmingham Stable and Cheery Reds, both on John Bright Street. Freedom Brewery brews a range of beers including lager, helles, pils and pale ale, as well as producing some seasonal ales too such as First Light a mandarin micro pale ale.
