It’s time to accept that we’ll never be Formula 1 drivers (I mean, I don’t even have my driving license yet!) Luckily, we’ve got the next best thing in Birmingham. Thanks to F1 Arcade, we can spend every night experiencing the rush of Grand Prix racing, like we’re Lewis Hamilton, Max Verstappen or Charles Leclerc.
Putting you in the driver’s seat, F1 Arcade is the ultimate racing experience bar. You’ll never come closer to the globetrotting experience of a Formula One season, especially now, with the launch of its new Spring menu. In between racing your mates, take a pit stop and fuel up on some incredible dishes from all over the world.
What’s on the new Spring menu?
Whether you’re racing in Baku and tucking into Lamb Kofta served with labneh, pomegranate and red onion; Suzuka enjoying Chicken Gyoza with sweet chilli sauce; or Mexico City eating Wild Miso Mushroom Tacos (or Chipotle King Prawn and Brisket Tacos) with Romanesco, dukkah spice, lime pickle, peanuts, and chilli oil, there’s something for every racer.
The menu’s ‘main event’ is undoubtedly the F1 Arcade Double Beef Burger, however, made with Angus 28-day aged double beef patties, pulled brisket, American cheese, crispy shallots, pickles, and house burger sauce. It’s the perfect fuel for driving around the Las Vegas Strip Circuit.
Elsewhere on this continent-hopping menu, order anything from Yellowfin Sashimi Grade Tuna Tartare and King Prawn Croquettes to Caprese, Shawarma or Vegetarian Pepperoni Flatbreads, and Korean Gochujang Cauliflower Wings.
And what sweet finish isn’t celebrated with champagne? Cross the line and tuck into the Strawberry & Champagne Mousse with raspberry puree and edible flowers. Or enjoy a more classic Sticky Toffee Pudding with butterscotch sauce. The venue also offers a Halal menu too.
What is F1 Arcade?
Located in Paradise Birmingham’s Chamberlain Square, F1 Arcade is the official Formula 1 simulator racing experience bar. A first-of-its-kind immersive experience, it boasts 53 bespoke, full-motion racing simulators which have been uniquely designed in conjunction with F1. Here you’ll race against your mates and see who really would win the Monaco Grand Prix.
The simulators are set against the backdrop of the ultra-modern, backlit ‘Octane Bar’ that spans the centre of the venue alongside a jaw-dropping, full-size Formula 1 car suspended from the ceiling. Grab a drink from F1 Arcade’s extensive drinks selection – including themed cocktails like Formation Lap, Undertake and Pole Position, plus non-alcoholic ‘Designated Drivers’ drinks Baby Driver, Safety Car and Pit Stop.
