The summer of sport continues. After the Euros, Wimbledon, Olympics, The Hundred, and countless other sporting activities, the Paralympics will round out a heart-raising season. Kicking off on Wednesday, August 28, 215 athletes will represent ParalympicsGB in Paris 2024.
At the last Paralympic Games (Tokyo 2020), Great Britain finished an astounding second place on the medals table – finishing only behind China – and set expectations high for this year. However our Paralympians do, the National Lottery will celebrate with a night of entertainment at Utilita Arena Birmingham on September 12.
Not only will it bring together our Paralympian heroes with tales of skill and endurance, but some of the UK’s biggest names in music – such as Aitch, Caity Baser, Jonas Blue and Sugababes. It’s also hosted by The Last Leg’s Adam Hills, Josh Widdicombe and Alex Brooker – the British late-night talk show that started as coverage of the 2012 Summer Paralympics on Channel 4.
How do I get tickets to the ParalympicsGB Homecoming?
Tickets to The National Lottery’s ParalympicsGB Homecoming are free (subject to a £2 booking fee per ticket), but to get your hands on one you have to enter a ballot. You’ll also need a National Lottery ticket for any draw-based game taking place between August 17 and 28, or a scratchcard bought or online instant win played during that period.
